🛠 How It Works
- Diagnostics & Removal – Choose one of our approved DPF centres and make a booking with them for full diagnostics, removal, and refit
- Booking Notification – An approved DPF centre will contact us if you’ve made a booking with them for diagnostics, removal, and reinstallation. We also ask that you contact us directly to make a booking for the clean to ensure this step isn’t missed
- Pre-Clean Back-Pressure Test – We measure the current flow and blockage level to assess how restricted the filter is before cleaning
- Endoscope Inspection – We carry out internal and external inspections using an endoscope to check for cracks or damage
- On-Site Cleaning – The filter is cleaned on-site by our team at the approved DPF centre
- Drying Cycle – A high-volume airflow process is used to reduce moisture inside the filter
- Final Inspection – Filter is checked for cleanliness and structural integrity
- Post-Refit Care – Once the DPF is refitted, the approved centre will take the vehicle for an approximately 15-minute drive to allow any remaining moisture to fully evaporate. They will then use a diagnostic tool to reset the ECU and confirm a clean/new DPF is fitted
- 12-Month Warranty – Every clean is backed by a full year of peace of mind
