Top Tuning (part of Top DPF Cleaning) works with approved centres across the region. Contact a centre directly to arrange diagnostics, removal, and refit. Then contact us to book the DPF cleaning.

How It Works

1. Book Diagnostics & Removal Choose an approved centre and book a slot for diagnostics, removal, and refit.
2. Notify Us After you book, tell us the appointment details so we can schedule the cleaning.
3. Pre‑Clean Back‑Pressure Test We measure flow and blockage to assess how restricted the filter is before cleaning.
4. Endoscope Inspection We inspect the filter internally and externally with an endoscope to check for cracks or damage.
5. On‑Site DPF Cleaning Our team cleans the filter at the approved centre using industrial equipment.
6. Drying Cycle We apply a high‑volume airflow process to remove moisture from the filter.
7. Final Inspection We check the filter for cleanliness and structural integrity.
8. Post‑Refit Drive & ECU Reset After refit, the approved centre drives the vehicle for about 15 minutes to evaporate any remaining moisture. Then they use diagnostics to reset the ECU and confirm the clean or new DPF.
9. 12‑Month Warranty Every clean includes a 12‑month warranty for added peace of mind.

Mobile Cleaning Service

If your DPF is already removed, we can visit your garage with mobile industrial equipment. We perform a fast, professional on‑site clean. Simply contact us to arrange a visit.

Important Disclaimer and Warranty Details

Top Tuning Limited cannot accept liability for work carried out by our approved centres. These garages operate independently. We selected them for their technical skill and service standards, but they manage their own bookings and charges.

Top Tuning Limited provides a 12‑month warranty on the DPF clean itself. If the DPF blocks again within 12 months, we will re‑clean it. However, customers must arrange and pay for DPF removal and refit. If you need a warranty clean, please bring the DPF to our Chippenham facility.

Payments remain separate: Top Tuning invoices for the cleaning, while the approved centre invoices for diagnostics, removal, refit, or other work.
